Aromatherapy combines essential oils (derived from plants) and therapeutic massage and can be used to treat all sorts of problems. The properties of the oils are many and varied ranging from the therapeutic effects of Lavender oil, the antiviral and antiseptic qualities of Tea Tree and Eucalyptus or the warming and relaxing properties of Rosemary and Marjoram.

The trick is to choose the correct oils for each individual person and to blend the oils to give the best, most suitable fusion for each person.

Below are examples of some treatments offered but the combination of oils used can be altered depending on your individual needs.

The de-stressing effects of a good massage can give us a valuable glimpse of what it really means to unwind.

Massage reawakens our bodily awareness. It’s amazing how we walk around in our body all day and yet are often unaware of how we are feeling, where we hold tension, what we can do to feel much better. Massage puts us back in touch with our bodies.
