I have been reading about how important it is to treat yourself to some quality "me-time" in order to cope with todays hectic living and with this in mind have decided to offer a February massage with a theme.
The idea of this is for you to make a decision at the start of the massage to leave all your worries and stresses behind for an hour and transport yourself to a place where nothing can bother you - with my help of course.
Using a blend of aromatherapy oils I can do a mix designed to help you do just this. The massage is a combination of flowing strokes with some deep work on shoulders, lower back and legs (if needed) but overall designed to calm and sooth the body so you can release tension and stresses.
If this sounds like what you need then give me a call OR if you know someone badly in need of "me-time" - or whatever you like to call it - perhaps you could point them in my direction or even get them a gift voucher. Mothers Day is coming up in March so perhaps this would be a good idea.
£15 for a 30 minute massage
Especially good if you are short of time as it can be squeezed in between those other chores to brighten your day.

As always, I offer a series of 3 x 40 minute back massages for £60 if you have an on-going problem which just won't go away. I will do some trigger point work with this which may cause some discomfort but only if you agree!
